I’ll let you in on a little Pastoral secret…. One of the greatest challenges is to NOT see your job as a pastor as just a job. It is a job, it helps you feed you family and pay your bills, but it is so much more than that. The challenge is doing the thing that will bring God the most glory, not to just get paid. And trust me, sometimes you just want to get paid!
