Yesterday I did something for the first time in my 31 years of livings. I went to the Doctor when I was healthy. I’ve never been in for the ‘annual checkup’ but figured that since my insurance covered it I would get one under my belt. I’m a pretty healthy person so most of the tests were done to create a baseline that can be compared to things in the future. Had four vials of blood drawn, urinalysis, EKG, and many other more revealing things. Being there made me feel really old. Young people just don’t do these things!
While I was in there, I told the Doctor of my recurrent sleeping problems. Basically for years now, I don’t sleep throughout the entire night. I don’t have problems going to sleep, it’s staying asleep that I can’t do. Anyways, I got some an Ambien prescription and spent last night sleeping like a baby. I feel stupid for not going to the Doctor sooner. This is great stuff!
