Why does the fever always break in the Dr. Office?

UPDATE: After calling ahead and speaking to a nurse about Lauryn’s recurring fever, I was told not to worry. Just give it time. Then after spending 2 1/2 hours at the clinic with my sick boy; I return to the house and get a call that they want me to bring Lauryn back in for a flu test. Ryan does NOT have the flu or strep throat. I’m gonna give Lauryn 24 more hours to pull out of her funk, then make a decision.
