
I’ve been following a marathon training schedule for 5 weeks, and I’m starting week 6 today. I run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and long distance runs on Saturdays. Since I’ve been at it for 5 weeks, and so I can use my blog as a way to get my sensitive manly ego stroked; I thought I would post that I have passed the 50 mile mark in my training. (That sound you hear is my hand patting my own back.)
I have a doozy of a run coming up today. Every Tuesday seems to kick my butt on this running schedule! I can do it…I can do it…I can do it…
