Running Doubts

I'm concerned that my NIKE Sport Kit is malfunctioning. The treadmill had me at 4.5 miles and the sport kit had me at 6 miles. I've heard that they don't work as well on treadmills, but a 1.5 mile difference? I'm thinking it may be time to re-calibrate the device.

Not a good thing…when you actually run your 1st marathon you will hit the 19 mile mark and will be wondering….”Where the heck is the finish line!”

The infamous “wall”…I did 6 miles last night on the treadmill thanks to feeling guilty that your mileage was passing mine up. I’m DEFINITELY slower.
