In this season of people Graduating from High Schools and Colleges around the country I thought I would share what has become my Graduation Gift of choice. I’m a reader, some weeks more than others; but one of the books that rocked my world some in the past 18 months was Chazown by Craig Groeschel.
Chazown(pronounced khaw-ZONE)
from the Hebrew, meaning a dream, revelation, or vision.

This book is wonderful for someone looking to take that “Next Step” into living life. I remember thinking after college Graduation that I would now finally get to just live; now that I had my degree and a job. But college didn’t bring order to all the areas of my life. Chazown helped me to bring some order and purpose to what I was doing with my life.
When people ask me what led me to Lubbock, I often tell them about reading the book Chazown and then reading THIS BOOK afterwards. Consider that your warning!
UPDATE: Looks like they even make a Graduate Edition of Chazown.
