So on the weekend, I volunteer to emcee our elementary experience. I think you're dead on with this. But the key is to get people into roles they are passionate about. I talk people into serving with me a lot. More often than not, they end up finding a different role or room to serve in but that's cool too. This is the kind of thing that you need to way over-communicate because it takes a long time to sink in and catch on.
