My name is Jonathan Cliff and I am the Next Generations Ministry Pastor at Trinity Church in Lubbock, TX. I lead a fantastic team that is committed to creating an intentional strategy for reaching the next generations of the church through Children’s Ministry, Student Ministry, and College Outreach.
I am a huge advocate for the family and believes that the family is God’s primary way of reaching the world. It’s is my prayer as a Pastor and as a father that kids learn to see the world as their mission field, and begin to use the gifts they’ve been given to make an impact on everyone around them.
I am the always faithful husband of Starr and the father of two sons (Ryan and Dylan) and one daughter (Lauryn.) We often foster kids in our home, so sometimes you’ll see me with even more.

- Currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Children’s Ministry Network.
- Has served the greater Family Ministry Community by leading workshops and writing for the Children’s Pastor Conference, KIDMIN Conference, the Orange Conference, the D6 Conference and regularly travels and speaks to volunteers through the Illuminate Conference.
